Hi Ramki! Egg curries are on my mind a lot these days so maybe you can help me here. The story goes like this - many years back, I had something called Egg Korma in Hyderabad. It was basically hard boiled eggs coated with a thick brown gravy (and no, it was not my standard tomato/onion sauce). And it was made by a traditional hyderabadi chef. Does anything fitting this description come to your mind?

  2. Hi Ramki, I would really appreciate if you could add on the followers widget on your blog. It becomes easy for your blog followers to follow new dishes that you post.

    Cheers,
