Tamil Kitchen Virgin's Survival Manual - Vegetarian

Kootu ( coconut – cumin curry)
Paruppu kootu : ( coconut – cumin lentil curry)
Aviyal( Mixed vegetables in coconut – yogurt curry)

Aval Upma (Stir fried rice flakes) :
