    Under fats, you forgot to mention butter and margarine.
    Under a "greens" category, you should add gruenkohl (kale), rotkohl, sauerkraut, and other cabbage variations.
    under protein, add mushrooms.

    could you add kohl rouladen, and add sauerkraut.

    you might want to add small, bony fish, like scholle, herring (very important), geraucherter aal (smoked eel)

    MOST IMPORTANTLY!
    the pastries and other baked goods.
