I was wondering if you can help, I had tasted a curry made with sticky gramflour paste and lots of onions in it with sometimes along with cauliflower and someother veggies when i visited a gujrathi restuarant. It tasted great, can u help with the name of the sabji and the recipe? Thanks & Great regards.

    Not too sure Anitha. However, the major curry families across India using gramflour are listed in the cookbook below. Maybe it would help.
