This cookbook lists 100 simple omelets from 00 to 99. Ten different bases are paired with ten different additives to create a hundred omelets. Each omelet can be cooked in six different ways (Thanks P!), making possible 600 different omelets.

Another, rather unusual way of cooking it, would be steaming it, as in the Thai 'Khai Toon Puk'. I can tell you that this is a good dish :)

You forgot the nutmeg! Love, love love nutmeg in my eggs, you just don't smell the sulfur in the eggs when you add this mysterious spice!
